1. Acceptance of terms
By installing or using the Mailman Google Sheets add-on or visiting hellomailman.com (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Mailman is a Google Sheets add-on for sending personalized mass email through Gmail. You build a list in Sheets, write a template, and send from your Google account. New users get a 7-day free trial (no card); after that, sending requires a paid Gmail ($5/mo) / Workspace ($10/mo) subscription, plus referral discounts. Managed from the Sheets sidebar via Stripe. 3. Your account and email sending
You are responsible for complying with Gmail / Google Workspace sending limits, anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM and similar rules), and your organization's policies. You must only email people you are allowed to contact. Mailman sends as you; you are solely responsible for message content and recipients.
4. Ownership
You retain all rights to your spreadsheets, templates, and email content. Mailman claims no ownership over that material and does not use it for advertising.
5. Billing
New users get a 7-day free trial (no card required) when they open Mailman. After the trial, paid Gmail ($5/mo) and Workspace ($10/mo) plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Installing the add-on starts the free trial; sending after expiry requires a subscription. Referral discounts apply only while referred users remain Stripe active (post-trial), apply to the subscription you are on, and never reduce the price below $0.00/mo. You can manage or cancel from Manage billing in the add-on.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Mailman to send spam, phishing, malware, or unlawful content, or to violate Google's terms. We may suspend access for abuse.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is." Delivery to the inbox is not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mailman is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
